Description: 
Dream On Me recalls 2,800 Dinah high chairs ( item numbers 258-B and 258-R) due to strangulation and fall hazardThe leg or side opening of the chair can allow a child’s body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck or fall from the chair. 
 
Have this product?: The CPSC is recommending to immediately stop using the high chair and contact Dream on Me at (877) 201-4317 to receive a free repair kit. To receive your replacement seat cover, Dream On Me requires the following:
  1. Make the existing seat cover unusable. Unlock each button of the seat cover from the base of the high chair and use scissors to cut the current seat in half horizontally.
  2. Email proof of destruction to Dream on Me: Take a picture of the unusable seat cover including the “law tag” and send a copy of the picture electronically to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or by U.S. mail to Dream on Me Inc., 125 Helen Street, South Plainfield, NJ 07080. Include your name, address, and telephone number in the email.
  3. Receive replacement seat cover: Upon receipt of the requested documentation, Dream On Me will ship you your replacement seat cover.
