Description: Playtex recalls Nurser Deluxe Double Electric Breast Pumps. The casing on certain AC/DC power adapters may become loose and separate, resulting in a potential for electric shock. The recalled breast pumps were manufactured from November 2012 through July 2013 with serial numbers P12324-XXXX through P13205-XXXX. The pumps can also be identified by the adapter production code 1241 through 1324.

Have this product?: The FDA is recommending to immediately discontinue use of the adapter if it shows signs of separating and call Playtex for a replacement at 888-207-1429.
