Description: Approximately 27,000 HALO® SleepSack® Wearable Blankets with pink satin flowers recalled. The petals from the floral embellishment on the blankets can detach which poses a choking hazard to infants. Only SleepSacks with GPU numbers 2701, 2781, 2886, 2887, 3007, 3035 and 3142 are involved in this recall. The GPU number can be found on the neck label.
Have this product?: The CPSC is recommending to immediately stop using pajamas and contact HALO Innovations at (866) 819-8118 for a pre-paid envelope containing instructions to remove and return the flower and order a free replacement product. Requests can also be made online by completing this form.
