Description: Approximately 76,000 Arm's Reach Infant Bed-Side Sleepers are being recalled for entrapment, suffocation and fall hazards. If the fabric liner is not securely attached, the infant can fall between the mattress and the bottom of the sleeper and can become entrapped between the mattress and the side of the sleeper. This recall includes all Arm's Reach Original and Universal styles manufactured between September 1997 and December 2001. Model numbers affected are:

   

Originals    -    8108, 8133, 8111, 8112 & 8199
Universal    -    8311
